We collect personal information based upon broad demographic categories used by the Australian Bureau of Statistics. Apart from the question about ancestry/ethnic background, which is critical to your perception of your personal brand, none of the information is ‘sensitive information’ within the meaning of section 6 of the Privacy Act.

We are a ‘small business operator’ within the meaning of section 6D of the Privacy Act 1988 and we are therefore not required to comply with the Principles.

However, we will not sell or disclose any details or anything in our database in a form that could identify you to third parties, unless we are obliged to disclose it by law.

We may use your information to send targeted information to you about selected third party suppliers of products and services and in our consulting services to third parties.

If you choose to unsubscribe to our communications, or if you choose not to proceed with our brand services, we will retain the personal information you have provided and we may continue to use that information in our consulting services to third parties.

When we use your personal information in our consulting services to third parties, we will anonymise that information by removing your name and email.
